Soaps & Detergents Manufacturers Reproted Profit Growth Trend

From January to April, total profit of soaps and detergents manufacturers above designated size reported a year-on-year growth of 4.33%.

According to the statistics of National Bureau of Statistics on China soaps and detergents enterprises above designated size, the profit of soaps and detergents totaled RMB2.30344 billion during January-April, 2019, 4.33% higher than the same period of 2018, continuing the stably rising trend of profit ratio since 2019. The prime operating revenue reported RMB40.38923 billion, with a Y-O-Y drop rate of 2.59%; while the inventory of finished products increased by 15.72%.

The cost of prime operation reached RMB31.01098 billion, down by 4.49%; while the loss of unprofitable companies seeing a large drop of 64.09%.

The output was 2.94million MT, going down by 4.23% on a yearly base; while powder detergent 1.16million MT, going down by 4.44%.

Guangdong, Zhejiang and Sichuan ranked the first three with detergent output of 753.99thousand MT, 320.407thousand MT and 302.282thousand MT.
